As we expand into the U.S. market, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts from our new base in Atlanta, Georgia. Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for launching and scaling Red Tiger Marketing’s commercial presence in the United States. This role requires a seasoned leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, supported by our global leadership team, and will play a critical role in establishing Red Tiger Marketing as a trusted partner to sports and entertainment organisations across the U.S. and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Launch & Leadership: Establish and lead Red Tiger Marketing’s U.S. Sales operation, from our base in Atlanta.
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across sports teams, leagues, and entertainment entities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the U.S. landscape.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Revenue Growth: Own and deliver against ambitious revenue targets, implementing scalable sales processes and performance metrics.
- Team Development: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and technology teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and maintain market relevance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales leadership
- Demonstrated success in launching new markets, products, or divisions.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
