As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Director, Brand Consulting to lead our brand strategy offering. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic excellence with commercial acumen, and who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You’ll shape brand narratives, guide sponsorship strategy, and drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities
Value Proposition Development & Leadership
- Lead Red Tiger’s brand consulting proposition, shaping the vision and building the in-house capability
- Develop a brand-centric consulting service offering which draws on Red Tiger’s extensive expertise in creating world-class sponsorships
- Combine creative and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to create partnerships which deliver quantifiable ROO/ROI for our brand clients
- Effectively model and benchmark outcomes of multiple potential sponsorship investments, allowing effective comparative analysis
Client Engagement & Project Delivery
- Effectively define and articulate Red Tiger’s brand consulting proposition and process
- Lead client engagement across the brand consulting process, from initial pitch, through to rights holder negotiation
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Build a productive pipeline of brand clients, drawing from the existing connectivity of the Red Tiger network and proactively creating new leads
- Develop case studies and thought leadership content to elevate Red Tiger’s reputation in brand consulting
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in sport, entertainment, and sponsorship
Requirements
- 8+ years of brand or agency-side experience
- Proven track record of delivering brand and sponsorship strategies that drive commercial results.
- Strong business development experience, with existing relationships in sport a plus.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling and simplifying complexity.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative, data, and insight partners.
- Knowledge of financial concepts including ROI analysis, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
